Walking – as for swimming – has a big influence over myself. The tireness of my legs, the sweat collected by the headband, the feeling of drinking some fresh water or eating an ice-cream close to the seaside. These were normal events that almost everyone can live. But then, when you have the rare chance of repeating them, you realise that we are lucky to have the privilege of deciding to have a bit of personal time for enjoy life.<\/p>\n
