?? One of the ways to reduce our garbage production is finding alternative and reusable ways for our daily items and routines. There are now many businesses and even some governmental bodies that have realized the deepening environmental issues we are facing today by cooperating sustainable thinking to their organisation plans and products (even if it’s an excuse for some to reach higher corporate interests). Movements begin thanks to the shared knowledge and by the growth of awakening individuals throughout history. If the wave is strong enough, the change is inevitable. But do we have enough time to change for the better?<\/span><\/p>\n

With curiosity, patience and a bit of self-discipline it can be relatively easy to modify our habits, reach awareness on how our decisions impact our life quality and the environment around us.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe every person has the capacity to share something that enriches others’ way of being, but most of us don’t believe our own voice and opinions are worth enough to be heard – so we accept the reality as it is and become comfortable within it.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would sometimes remind myself to be more curious and open-minded about other people’s believes and let myself feel uncomfortable at times. Only then have I grown valuable seeds of knowledge to the branches of wisdom.<\/span><\/p>\n

?? Una de las formas de reducir nuestra producci\u00f3n de basura es encontrar formas alternativas y reutilizables para nuestros art\u00edculos y rutinas diarias. Ahora hay muchas empresas e incluso algunos organismos gubernamentales que se han dado cuenta de los problemas ambientales cada vez m\u00e1s profundos que enfrentamos hoy al cooperar con el pensamiento sostenible en sus planes y productos organizacionales (incluso si es una excusa para que algunos alcancen intereses corporativos m\u00e1s altos). Los movimientos comienzan gracias al conocimiento compartido y al crecimiento de los individuos que despiertan a lo largo de la historia. Si la ola es lo suficientemente fuerte, el cambio es inevitable. Pero, \u00bftenemos suficiente tiempo para cambiar para mejor?<\/p>\n

Con curiosidad, paciencia y un poco de autodisciplina puede ser relativamente f\u00e1cil modificar nuestros h\u00e1bitos, tomar conciencia de c\u00f3mo nuestras decisiones impactan nuestra calidad de vida y el entorno que nos rodea.<\/p>\n

Creo que cada persona tiene la capacidad de compartir algo que enriquece la forma de ser de los dem\u00e1s, pero la mayor\u00eda de nosotros no creemos que nuestra propia voz y opiniones sean lo suficientemente valiosas como para ser escuchadas, por lo que aceptamos la realidad tal como es y nos sentimos c\u00f3modos con ella. A veces me recordaba a m\u00ed mismo ser m\u00e1s curioso y de mente abierta acerca de las creencias de otras personas y, a veces, me permit\u00eda sentirme inc\u00f3modo. Solo entonces he cultivado valiosas semillas de conocimiento en las ramas de la sabidur\u00eda.<\/p>\n
