On the 21st of September, we met a group of three amazing pilgrims, with an interesting story of how their friendship started. A friendship that started on the Camino between a 74-year-old man from Antwerp, Belgium, Alfonzo, and a couple in their 30s from Hungary. For the couple, this was their third (Camino Ingles, Camino Portuguese) and for Alfonzo, it was the eighth Camino De Santiago. Alfonzo started in 2009, with the Camino Frances, which he did two times, then the Camino del Norte, Camino Primitivo, Camino Ingles, and Camino Portuguese.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the second Camino that the group is doing together, they met for the first time on the Camino Ingles, eight years ago. After that, they kept in touch and when Alfonzo mentioned doing the Camino de Invierno, they decided to join. Originally, they were planning to do the Camino Primitivo, but after hearing all the reasons to do this Camino, they changed their minds and plans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Advice<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take as few things with you as possible and for clothing choose those that are quick to dry, so that in hostels you can wash them out and they can dry quickly. Alfonzo said, that his biggest life hack after doing so many Caminos, is that he still has a list of things he took on his first Camino, and every time he is preparing for a new one, he just checks things off from that list so that he doesn&#8217;t overpack or forget something that was necessary for the previous Caminos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Problems they have noticed on the Camino de Invierno:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not a lot of places where to relax, have lunch or buy water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information on websites or informational booklets tends to be outdated, some hostels don&#8217;t exist anymore or are closed after the end of summer, there are no directions for the hostels on the Camino or are misleading<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lack of albergues on this Camino<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>?? El 21 de septiembre conocimos a un grupo de tres peregrinos incre\u00edbles, con una historia interesante de c\u00f3mo comenz\u00f3 su amistad. Una amistad que comenz\u00f3 en el Camino entre un hombre de 74 a\u00f1os de Amberes, B\u00e9lgica, Alfonzo, y una pareja de 30 a\u00f1os de Hungr\u00eda. Para la pareja, este era su tercer camino despu\u00e9s del Camino Ingl\u00e9s y Camino Portugu\u00e9s y para Alfonzo, era el octavo Camino de Santiago. Alfonzo empez\u00f3 en 2009, con el Camino Franc\u00e9s, que hizo dos veces, luego el Camino del Norte, el Camino Primitivo, el Camino Ingl\u00e9s y el Camino Portugu\u00e9s.\u00a0Este es el segundo Camino que el grupo hace juntos, se conocieron por primera vez en el Camino Ingl\u00e9s, hace ocho a\u00f1os. En un principio ten\u00edan pensado hacer el Camino Primitivo, pero despu\u00e9s de escuchar todas las razones para hacer este Camino, cambiaron de opini\u00f3n y de planes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consejo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ll\u00e9vate la menor cantidad de cosas posible y para la ropa elige aquellas que se sequen r\u00e1pidamente, para que en los albergues puedas lavarlas y se sequen r\u00e1pidamente. Alfonzo dijo que el mayor truco de su vida despu\u00e9s de hacer tantos Caminos es que todav\u00eda tiene una lista de cosas que tom\u00f3 en su primer Camino, y cada vez que se prepara para uno nuevo, simplemente marca las cosas de esa lista para que no sobrecargue ni olvide algo que fue necesario para los Caminos anteriores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Problemas que han notado en el Camino de Invierno:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No hay muchos lugares donde relajarse, almorzar o comprar agua.<\/li>\n<li>La informaci\u00f3n en sitios web o folletos informativos tiende a estar desactualizada, algunos albergues ya no existen o est\u00e1n cerrados despu\u00e9s del final del verano, no hay indicaciones para los albergues en el Camino o son enga\u00f1osas<\/li>\n<li>Falta de albergues en este Camino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>??
