?? I entered this project with the intention of satisfying my yearning for adventure, enriching my soul with beautiful experiences and getting inspiration for my academic research and the philosophical treatise that I am working on. Over the past two months I have experienced both some of the most beautiful moments of my life and can affirm that joining this project was definitely not a mistake but rather a very enriching and educational experience both in the personal and, in the long run, the professional sense.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Some of the happiest times I have had here in Galicia have been in nature. During my free time, I have explored the outskirts of Lugo a lot and found many special natural places that have become dear to my heart and that I have also shared with the people that I have become close with in this project. I have also visited other beautiful and inspiring locations in Galicia with my new companions. By now, I have come to be convinced that there is a somewhat sacred atmosphere about Galicia and that during those moments in its wilderness I have felt a true connection with the Universe as a whole \u2013 or God, if you will. <\/span><\/p>\n

Although for me, there were also moments of feeling lost and alone during these months, I learned a lot about myself and definitely became more willing and able to express my feelings and needs to those who are willing to listen. Looking back, joining this project and spending these months in Galicia gave me the needed push to conceptualize my true purpose in life and gave me some of the needed inspiration for my academical research. Maybe most importantly, this project made me realize that I myself want and need to go on a Camino soon, to have the time and space to get to know and understand the sacred path of life.<\/span><\/p>\n

My favorite part of the project in itself was meeting the pilgrims, listening to their stories and understanding their worldviews. There was one particular pilgrim that made a specifically strong impression on me. Although I myself do not follow a specific religion, his advice resonated with me more than he could ever imagine. His advice was the following: \u201c<\/span>Do not ever stop believing that the Lord cares about you. Do not be arrogant \u2013 surrender to the greater powers and always ask for help when needed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Altogether, I am thankful that I had the opportunity to be part of this project and to spend two months in this beautiful environment. I intend to use the lessons that I learned from this experience as effectively as I can and wish the people that I met during the project all the best and more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Entr\u00e9 en este proyecto con la intenci\u00f3n de satisfacer mi anhelo de aventura, enriquecer mi alma con hermosas experiencias y obtener inspiraci\u00f3n para mi investigaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y el tratado filos\u00f3fico en el que estoy trabajando. En los \u00faltimos dos meses he vivido algunos de los momentos m\u00e1s bonitos de mi vida y puedo afirmar que unirme a este proyecto definitivamente no fue un error sino m\u00e1s bien una experiencia muy enriquecedora y educativa tanto en lo personal como, a la larga, en el sentido profesional.<\/p>\n

Algunos de los momentos m\u00e1s felices que he tenido aqu\u00ed en Galicia han sido en la naturaleza. En mi tiempo libre he explorado mucho las afueras de Lugo y he encontrado muchos lugares naturales especiales que se han convertido en algo entra\u00f1able para m\u00ed y que tambi\u00e9n he compartido con las personas con las que me he encari\u00f1ado en este proyecto. Tambi\u00e9n he visitado otros lugares hermosos e inspiradores de Galicia con mis nuevos compa\u00f1eros. A estas alturas, he llegado a estar convencido de que hay una atm\u00f3sfera algo sagrada en Galicia y que durante esos momentos en su desierto he sentido una verdadera conexi\u00f3n con el Universo en su conjunto, o Dios, si se quiere.<\/p>\n

Aunque para m\u00ed tambi\u00e9n hubo momentos de sentirme perdido y solo durante estos meses, aprend\u00ed mucho sobre m\u00ed mismo y definitivamente me volv\u00ed m\u00e1s dispuesto y capaz de expresar mis sentimientos y necesidades a aquellos que est\u00e1n dispuestos a escuchar. Mirando hacia atr\u00e1s, unirme a este proyecto y pasar estos meses en Galicia me dio el impulso necesario para conceptualizar mi verdadero prop\u00f3sito en la vida y me dio algo de la inspiraci\u00f3n necesaria para mi investigaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica. Quiz\u00e1s lo m\u00e1s importante es que este proyecto me hizo darme cuenta de que yo mismo quiero y necesito hacer un Camino pronto, para tener el tiempo y el espacio para conocer y comprender el camino sagrado de la vida.<\/p>\n

Mi parte favorita del proyecto en s\u00ed fue conocer a los peregrinos, escuchar sus historias y comprender sus visiones del mundo. Hubo un peregrino en particular que me caus\u00f3 una fuerte impresi\u00f3n. Aunque yo mismo no sigo una religi\u00f3n espec\u00edfica, su consejo reson\u00f3 conmigo m\u00e1s de lo que jam\u00e1s podr\u00eda imaginar. Su consejo fue el siguiente: \u201cNunca dejes de creer que el Se\u00f1or se preocupa por ti. No seas arrogante, r\u00edndete a los poderes superiores y siempre pide ayuda cuando sea necesario\u201d.<\/p>\n

En total, estoy agradecido de haber tenido la oportunidad de ser parte de este proyecto y de pasar dos meses en este hermoso entorno. Tengo la intenci\u00f3n de utilizar las lecciones que aprend\u00ed de esta experiencia de la manera m\u00e1s efectiva posible y deseo a las personas que conoc\u00ed durante el proyecto todo lo mejor y m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n
