??\u00a0Yesterday we walked one part of the Camino from Triacastela to Sarria, in order to see how inclusive, it is. From Triacastela there are two ways to Sarria one shorter, but with more hills; the other longer, it leads through Samos and is with less hills. Yesterday we walked the one with more hills, the shorter one. It was a beautiful journey, but there were times when it was difficult to walk.<\/p>\n

The start of the journey was good, with roads which were asphalted. The only inconvenience would be hills and, occasionally, car passing by. After 2 kilometres, the road was becoming narrower, as well as not asphalted with a part where it was more difficult to pass.<\/p>\n
Once we were in a small town, located about 2km from Triacastela, the road got more extreme. In the village there are construction works, that is why the ground is covered in dust and there are debris on the road. Continuing the walking, the roads start to get more difficult with a lot of rocks and it is very steep. About 1km further the road was again asphalted; therefore, walking is easier.<\/p>\n

In the end, for people who have difficulties with walking or keeping balance, think about which road to Sarria is better for you.<\/p>\n
The rode is mainly secluded with not many people living next to it. That\u2019s why there aren\u2019t many bathrooms or chance to ask people for help.<\/p>\n

??\u00a0Ayer hicimos una parte del Camino de Triacastela a Sarria, para comprobar lo inclusivo que es. Desde Triacastela hay dos caminos a Sarria uno m\u00e1s corto, pero con m\u00e1s cuestas; el otro m\u00e1s largo, pasa por Samos y tiene menos colinas. Ayer caminamos por el que tiene m\u00e1s cuestas, el m\u00e1s corto. Fue un viaje hermoso, pero hubo momentos en que fue dif\u00edcil caminar.<\/p>\n
El inicio del viaje fue bueno, con caminos asfaltados. El \u00fanico inconveniente ser\u00edan las colinas y, en ocasiones, el paso de los coches. A los 2 kil\u00f3metros la carretera se iba haciendo m\u00e1s estrecha, adem\u00e1s de no asfaltar con un tramo en el que era m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil adelantar.<\/p>\n
Una vez estando en un peque\u00f1o pueblo, situado a unos 2 km de Triacastela, el camino se hizo m\u00e1s extremo. En el pueblo hay obras de construcci\u00f3n, por eso el suelo est\u00e1 cubierto de polvo y hay escombros en la carretera. Continuando la caminata, los caminos empiezan a ser m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles con muchas rocas y es muy empinado. Aproximadamente 1 km m\u00e1s adelante, la carretera se asfalt\u00f3 nuevamente; por lo tanto, caminar es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n
Al final, para las personas que tienen dificultades para caminar o mantener el equilibrio, piensen qu\u00e9 camino a Sarria les conviene m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n
El paseo est\u00e1 principalmente aislado y no mucha gente vive al lado. Es por eso que no hay muchos ba\u00f1os o la posibilidad de pedir ayuda a la gente.<\/p>\n
