?? This week has been really productive. Our team spent the whole day preparing for the presentation to the pilgrims: what we will tell about our countries and the European Solidarity Corps, how we will present this project. We decided that we would set up an information point on the pilgrim route, as well as make some sweet treats and share water. We made posters and flyers, so they could get more information about the project and the camino del Barbanza. Also, to leave a message behind, we made a pretty memory book for pilgrims.<\/p>\n

This week we deepened our knowledge about working with people with disabilities. We visited the special center, where we were given a lecture on communication with people with intellectual disabilities. In addition, we learned how doctors work with people with disabilities and heard about the health care situation in Spain.<\/p>\n

Since one of the missions of this project is sustainability, our team decided to learn more about how to be more sustainable and contribute to sorting. Therefore, we had a lecture about composting and how it is developed in the region of Galicia. We found out how the waste sorting policy in Spain has developed year by year, what is the current situation and future plans. Each of us was able to compare Spain’s sorting policy with our own country’s experience.<\/p>\n

This week was useful because we deepened our competences, which we will apply in the future when working with people with disabilities. And also on the pilgrimage route we will be able to share information with pilgrims about sustainability and its importance.<\/p>\n

?? Esta semana ha sido muy productiva. Nuestro equipo pas\u00f3 todo el d\u00eda prepar\u00e1ndose para la presentaci\u00f3n a los peregrinos: qu\u00e9 cosas contaremos sobre nuestros pa\u00edses y el Cuerpo Europeo de Solidaridad, c\u00f3mo presentaremos este proyecto… Decidimos montar un punto de informaci\u00f3n sobre la ruta, adem\u00e1s de hacer unos dulces y compartir agua. Hicimos carteles y flyers, para que pudieran obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el proyecto y el camino del Barbanza. Adem\u00e1s, para dejar un mensaje, hicimos un bonito libro de recuerdos para peregrinos.<\/p>\n

Esta semana tambi\u00e9n profundizamos nuestro conocimiento sobre el trabajo con personas con discapacidad. Visitamos un centro especial, donde nos dieron una charla sobre comunicaci\u00f3n con personas con discapacidad intelectual. Adem\u00e1s, conocimos c\u00f3mo trabajan los m\u00e9dicos con las personas con discapacidad y escuchamos sobre la situaci\u00f3n sanitaria en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

Dado que una de las misiones de este proyecto es la sostenibilidad, nuestro equipo decidi\u00f3 aprender m\u00e1s sobre c\u00f3mo ser m\u00e1s sostenible y contribuir a la clasificaci\u00f3n. Por ello, tuvimos una charla sobre el compostaje y c\u00f3mo se desarrolla en la regi\u00f3n de Galicia. Descubrimos c\u00f3mo se ha desarrollado a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o la pol\u00edtica de clasificaci\u00f3n de residuos en Espa\u00f1a, cu\u00e1l es la situaci\u00f3n actual y los planes de futuro. Cada uno de nosotros pudo comparar la pol\u00edtica de clasificaci\u00f3n de Espa\u00f1a con la experiencia de nuestro propio pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Esta semana fue \u00fatil porque profundizamos nuestras competencias, que aplicaremos en el futuro cuando trabajemos con personas con discapacidad. Y tambi\u00e9n en la ruta de peregrinaci\u00f3n podremos compartir informaci\u00f3n con los peregrinos sobre la sostenibilidad y su importancia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
