<\/p>\n?? The first thing we did when we arrive to Arzua was to visit the nearest lake which is about 3 km from the town. Even tough we had a bit troubling finding it, it turned out to be perfect for little escape in to the nature, just as a secret paradise. This lovely river is located in the small town of Ribadiso.<\/p>\n
Along the way you can witness many structures and flowers, \u0131 can tell you one thing Spanish loved flowers and big gardens! Returning to our topic, this facility has a small part for kids, a tennis court a small fountain and of course beautiful river surrounded with bridges and trees.<\/p>\n
Arz\u00faa offers visitors the chance to discover the imprint that the Roman culture and, in particular, the Jacobean culture, left on its territory. Arz\u00faa is scattered with a multitude of chapels and churches in which part of the old Romanesque structure is still preserved, and the altarpieces that decorate their altars date back to at least the 18th century. In terms of civil architecture, Arz\u00faa is also a landscape rich in buildings typical of the area, manor houses, stately homes and, of course, buildings used as pilgrims’ inns.<\/p>\n
We enjoyed quite much exploring this little town on our first day and we suggest everybody to stop by on the french camino to taste some cheese and honey.<\/p>\n
??\u00a0 Lo primero que hicimos al llegar a Arz\u00faa fue visitar el lago m\u00e1s cercano que est\u00e1 a unos 3 km del pueblo. Aunque nos cost\u00f3 un poco encontrarlo, result\u00f3 ser perfecto para un peque\u00f1o escape a la naturaleza, como un para\u00edso secreto. Este precioso r\u00edo se encuentra en el peque\u00f1o pueblo de Ribadiso.<\/p>\n
En el camino puedes ver muchas estructuras y flores, \u00a1puedo decirte una cosa que a los espa\u00f1oles les encantan las flores y los grandes jardines! Volviendo a nuestro tema, esta instalaci\u00f3n tiene una peque\u00f1a parte para ni\u00f1os, una cancha de tenis, una peque\u00f1a fuente y, por supuesto, un hermoso r\u00edo rodeado de puentes y \u00e1rboles.<\/p>\n
Arz\u00faa ofrece al visitante la posibilidad de descubrir la huella que la cultura romana y, en particular, la cultura jacobea, dej\u00f3 en su territorio. Arz\u00faa est\u00e1 salpicada de multitud de capillas e iglesias en las que a\u00fan se conserva parte de la antigua estructura rom\u00e1nica, y los retablos que decoran sus altares datan al menos del siglo XVIII. En cuanto a la arquitectura civil, Arz\u00faa es tambi\u00e9n un paisaje rico en construcciones t\u00edpicas de la zona, casas solariegas, casas se\u00f1oriales y, por supuesto, edificios destinados a posadas de peregrinos.<\/p>\n
Disfrutamos mucho explorando este peque\u00f1o pueblo en nuestro primer d\u00eda y sugerimos a todos que se detengan en el camino franc\u00e9s para probar un poco de queso y miel.<\/p>\n
