?? Last week was an intensive preparation for the cooking show in Valga town. We have carefully prepared the menu –\u00a0 which traditional dish of our country we will cook. So, we had to plan the program of the whole show in detail, translate the speeches \u200b\u200binto Spanish, and also write down the food list.<\/p>\n
The next day, our team went to the place where we will cook the meals. We inspected, prepared a suitable environment for the guests, agreed with the city council employees on all the details.<\/p>\n
The cooking show went great! Over 30 people came to the show and everyone left with full bellies. Each of us introduced our home countries, told the fun facts and then showed how to cook the dishes. In addition, we had guests from a youth organization.<\/p>\n
However, that week we did not limit ourselves to cooking. We also walked the camino, during which we analyzed accessibility for people with disabilities. Sadly, many places are not accessible or require assistance for a person with a disability to overcome them. After the camino, we filled out paperwork and recorded areas that needed updating or improvement.<\/p>\n
On Friday we had a cultural trip around the local area. I was fascinated that thousands of years old petroglyphs exist next to where we live. It was extremely interesting to see and hear from the professor the history about the rock carvings and what meaning or message they have.<\/p>\n
?? La semana pasada fue una preparaci\u00f3n intensiva para el show de cocina en la ciudad de Valga. Hemos preparado cuidadosamente el men\u00fa, qu\u00e9 plato tradicional de nuestro pa\u00eds cocinaremos. Entonces, tuvimos que planificar al detalle el programa de todo el espect\u00e1culo, traducir los discursos al espa\u00f1ol y tambi\u00e9n anotar la lista de alimentos.<\/p>\n

Cada uno de nosotros present\u00f3 sus pa\u00edses de origen, cont\u00f3 los datos divertidos y luego mostr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo cocinar los platos. Adem\u00e1s, tuvimos invitados de una organizaci\u00f3n juvenil.<\/p>\n
Sin embargo, esa semana no nos limitamos a cocinar. Tambi\u00e9n hicimos el camino, durante el cual analizamos la accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad. Lamentablemente, muchos lugares no son accesibles o requieren asistencia para que una persona con discapacidad los supere. Despu\u00e9s del camino, completamos el papeleo y registramos las \u00e1reas que necesitaban actualizaci\u00f3n o mejora.<\/p>\n
El viernes tuvimos un viaje cultural por el \u00e1rea local. Me fascin\u00f3 que al lado de donde vivimos existan petroglifos de miles de a\u00f1os.
