<\/p>\n??\u00a0Last week was full of new experiences and\u00a0\u00a0impressions.<\/p>\n
The most memorable and allso esxiting experience was \u201cShow Cooking\u201d for local people of Valga.<\/p>\n
We had a wonderful oportunity not only to prepare our national dish for 30 persons, but allso present some interesting facts about our countries and the most difficult part- do the presentation of country and the dish\u00a0in spanish language.<\/p>\n
That took a lot of preparations.<\/p>\n
At first we had to decide- what we are going to cook, plan the recepies and send them to our mentor, who coordinated the details about the show with local council of thte city of Valga.<\/p>\n
After, we made a posters and put them in the most important spots of the city to invite everyone to participate. The number of places was limited and it was full already on next day.<\/p>\n
After that, we had to prepare some short presentations about our countries and about the food we are going to cook. The process was interesting, because presentation should be done in spanish. And in 2 months i havent learn the languange that good to present my contry to 30+ people audition. So- i was practicing to read spanish.<\/p>\n
Than, the day came a and we all were wery excited. We started cooking at 4 and until 8pm everything eas ready to serve.<\/p>\n
I chose a quite simple dish- potato pancakes with cottage cheese souce.<\/p>\n
This was the first time i cooked for so many people, but everything went well.<\/p>\n
In the end \u2013 everybody was happy and satisfied about the food and great evening we spent toghether, exchanging recepies and sharing joy.<\/p>\n
??\u00a0 La semana pasada estuvo llena de nuevas experiencias e impresiones.<\/p>\n
La experiencia m\u00e1s memorable y tambi\u00e9n emocionante fue “Show Cooking” para la gente local de Valga.<\/p>\n
Tuvimos una maravillosa oportunidad no solo de preparar nuestro plato nacional para 30 personas, sino tambi\u00e9n de presentar algunos datos interesantes sobre nuestros pa\u00edses y la parte m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil: hacer la presentaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds y el plato en espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n
Eso requiri\u00f3 muchos preparativos.<\/p>\n
Al principio tuvimos que decidir lo que vamos a cocinar, planificar las recetas y envi\u00e1rselas a nuestro mentor, quien coordin\u00f3 los detalles del espect\u00e1culo con el consejo local de la ciudad de Valga.<\/p>\n
Despu\u00e9s hicimos carteles y los colocamos en los puntos m\u00e1s importantes de la ciudad para invitar a todos a participar. El n\u00famero de plazas era limitado y al d\u00eda siguiente ya estaba lleno.<\/p>\n
Despu\u00e9s de eso, tuvimos que preparar algunas presentaciones cortas sobre nuestros pa\u00edses y sobre la comida que vamos a cocinar. El proceso fue interesante, porque la presentaci\u00f3n debe hacerse en espa\u00f1ol. Y en 2 meses no he aprendido el idioma tan bien como para presentar mi pa\u00eds en una audici\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 30 personas. As\u00ed que estaba practicando para leer espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n
Entonces, lleg\u00f3 el d\u00eda y todos est\u00e1bamos muy emocionados. Empezamos a cocinar a las 4 y hasta las 8 de la noche todo est\u00e1 listo para servir.<\/p>\n
Eleg\u00ed un plato bastante sencillo: tortitas de patata con salsa de reques\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Esta fue la primera vez que cocin\u00e9 para tanta gente, pero todo sali\u00f3 bien.<\/p>\n
Al final, todos estaban contentos y satisfechos con la comida y la gran velada que pasamos juntos, intercambiando recetas y compartiendo alegr\u00eda.<\/p>\n
