<\/p>\n?? Desde la primera vez que visite Galicia me di cuenta que mi cuerpo ten\u00eda una sensaci\u00f3n diferente. Al principio no le di mayor importancia pero cada vez que vengo esa sensaci\u00f3n de plenitud se repite una y otra vez.<\/p>\n
En Galicia he superado retos como el Camino Primitivo que ha sigo un gran reto ya que he pasado gran parte de mi vida con sobrepeso y caminar 263km sube la autoestima a cualquiera.\u00a0 No solo consigui\u00f3 subirme la autoestima, tambi\u00e9n me ayudo a conocer mis limites, a descubrir que tengo energ\u00eda infinita con menos de 6 horas dormidas diarias todav\u00eda me quedaban ganas de bailar, hacer el payaso y caminar por supuesto.<\/p>\n
Desde he entonces he vuelto como 5 veces, me encanta Galicia pero sobre todo me encanta Finisterre, donde juntan toda clase de personas m\u00e1gicas de todo el mundo y se crea un clima de amor y paz demasiado maravilloso. Por eso todos los veranos se ha convertido en una visita obligatoria ir a donde los romanos marcaron `el fin del mundo\u00b4.<\/p>\n
Justo estaba en Finisterre cuando me ofrecieron este proyecto, decid\u00ed venirme porque sab\u00eda que el Camino ten\u00eda un nuevo cambio para mi. Y as\u00ed ha sido, no el espero pero un cambio al fin y al cabo.<\/p>\n
Desde el minuto 1 decid\u00ed dejar atr\u00e1s la vida de gorda que llevaba en casa, cambie mi alimentaci\u00f3n y he intentado hacer ejercicio siempre que mi salud me lo ha permitido. Estoy orgullosa de mi, nunca antes hab\u00eda conseguido hacer un cambio tan grande en mi vida.<\/p>\n
Y como no otro cambio importante y en Galicia.<\/p>\n

?? From the first time I visited Galicia I realized that my body had a different sensation. At first I didn’t give it much importance but every time I come that feeling of fullness is repeated over and over again.<\/p>\n
In Galicia I have overcome challenges such as the Camino Primitivo, which has been a great challenge since I have spent a large part of my life being overweight and walking 263km raises anyone’s self-esteem. Not only will I be able to raise my self-esteem, it will also help me to know my limits, to discover that I have infinite energy with less than 6 hours of sleep a day, I still wanted to dance, play the clown and of course walk.<\/p>\n
Since then I have returned about 5 times, I love Galicia but above all I love Finisterre, where all kinds of magical people from all over the world come together and an extremely wonderful climate of love and peace is created. That is why every summer it has become a mandatory visit to go to where the Romans marked ‘the end of the world’.<\/p>\n
I was just in Finisterre when they offered me this project; I decided to come because I knew that the Camino had a new change for me. And so it has been, not the hope but a change after all.<\/p>\n
From minute 1 I decided to leave behind the fat life that I had at home, I changed my diet and I have tried to exercise whenever my health has allowed me. I am proud of myself; I have never managed to make such a big change in my life before.<\/p>\n
And of course, another important change and in Galicia.<\/p>\n
